8:30-9:30am- Ageless Strength
Class is tailored for all ages of women looking to build a foundation for strength and vitality for years to come. Class structure will involve resistance training (weights), functional everyday movements, flexibility, mobility, balance and core. You will need to bring your own hand weights, 3, 5, 8 pounds +.
Wednesday
8:30-9:30am- Pilates Mat + Yoga Tune Up ® Fusion Class
(STARTING OCTOBER 1ST)
The best of both worlds! Pilates mat is a safe and challenging method to sculpt, strengthen and stretch your entire body with each movement, based on movements we do in every day life. YTU® eliminates pain and discomfort, improves range of motion in the body, and strengthens your joints. We work on down regulating the nervous system. We break down some Yoga poses into smaller poses, approaching limitations in the body. Various YTU® therapy balls, yoga blocks, yoga straps, yoga blankets may be used. Every week we focus on different areas of the body in great detail. Self care is the best care!
