8:30-9:30am- Ageless  Strength

Class is tailored for all ages of women looking to build a foundation for strength and vitality for years to come. Class structure will involve resistance training (weights), functional everyday movements, flexibility, mobility, balance and core. You will need to bring your own hand weights, 3, 5, 8 pounds +.


8:30-9:30am- Pilates Mat

Pilates mat is a safe and challenging method to sculpt, strengthen and stretch your entire body with each movement, based on movements we do in every day life. Each class will work to balance all the muscle groups, from head to toe. Different props are sometimes slipped into class. 


8:30-9:30am- Yoga Tune Up ®

Self care is the best care! YTU® eliminates pain and discomfort, improves range of motion in the body, strengthens your joints, and especially in times like this, we work on down regulating the system. We break down some Yoga poses into smaller poses, approaching limitations in the body. Various YTU® therapy balls, yoga blocks, yoga straps, yoga blankets may be used. Every week we focus on different areas of the body in great detail.
