WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

MONDAY

8:30-9:30am- BARRE

A Barre fusion class with props that changes weekly.

TUESDAY

8:30-9:30am- TRX  SUSPENSION  TRAINING

TRX is suspension training at its finest! You use your body weight to create strength, flexibility, balance and core, all wrapped in one big bow! Think of it as Pilates in space...

WEDNESDAY

8:30-9:30am- PILATES MAT

Pilates mat is a safe and challenging method to sculpt, strengthen and stretch your entire body with each movement, based on movements we do in every day life. Each class will work to balance all the muscle groups, from head to toe. Different props are sometimes slipped into class. 

THURSDAY

8:30-9:30am- TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX is suspension training at its finest! You use your body weight to create strength, flexibility, balance and core, all wrapped in one big bow! Think of it as Pilates in space...

FRIDAY

8:30-9:30am- YOGA TUNE UP ®

Self care is the best care! YTU® eliminates pain and discomfort, improves range of motion in the body, strengthens your joints, and especially in times like this, we work on down regulating the system. We break down some Yoga poses into smaller poses, approaching limitations in the body. Various YTU® therapy balls, yoga blocks, yoga straps, yoga blankets may be used. Every week we focus on different areas of the body in great detail. 

SATURDAY

8:30-9:00am- HIIT 

The most bang for your buck in 30 minutes. Work your body in small high intensity intervals with minimal breaks in between. The best part is, you burn the most calories in the next 24 hours post work out. Safe for all levels.

9:30-10:00am- C.O.R.E (center of really everything) AND MORE! :)

Core based exercies using your own body weight and props. Focus changes every week.

SUNDAY
