The Pilates Method is a system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph H. Pilates. He created it through his own belief of restoring the body to true balance by way of movement and breathing.
Pilates not only building stabilization and strength from the core or “power house” to restore the body, but it also increases flexibly and improves one’s individuality to move with strength, ease and grace.
Each client will be approached specifically to their needs while keeping the original principles of the classic method in mind creating a true “personal” session.
